Civilizational Dṛṣṭi is the way of seeing a society through its own civilizational categories, memory and long-term experience. It does not reject external theories, but refuses to treat them as the only lens of understanding. Every civilization develops its own concepts of society, knowledge, authority, family and human purpose. Dṛṣṭi therefore shapes what questions are asked and what becomes visible in the answers. An Indic society, for example, cannot be fully understood only through categories created for a different historical experience. Civilizational Dṛṣṭi begins by recovering indigenous categories and placing them in dialogue with contemporary knowledge.
